DEAL: FLY with AIR MAURITIUS

Like every year Air Mauritius will be the official Carrier and will be giving special discounts to all participants & accompanying persons.
 
Once registration done through ROAG, every participant will be given a unique code and the contact of Air Mauritius Reservation Department.
 
20% discount will be given on all operated Air Mauritius Flight: Reunion, Antananarivo, Nairobi, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Hong Kong, Shangai, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Perth
 
Note:

• Discounts are applicable on fares excluding all taxes and surcharges
• Discount allowed on all fares except promotional fares and discounted fares
• All amounts after discount are net and valid for return travel on MK.
• Code-share flights operated by MD, KQ or SA excluded
• Bookings to be made as per class availability, combination allowed between all classes on 1/2 RT basis.
• Fares only valid on scheduled flights.
• Copy of 'evidence of registration' to the event to be made available.
• Same fares are valid for accompanying spouse or companion.
• Outbound travel allowed 5 days prior event and inbound travel 5 days after event.
• Above fares exclude all taxes / surcharges.
• Cancellation before departure - 25 % of fare paid, after departure - No Refund.
• Rebooking will be allowed free of charge in the same class and within travel validity.
• For travel on MK and Other airlines on a through ticket, 10 % discount will be offered as per rbds booked, as per MK fares published in GDS

DEAL: BOARD BAGS
The main difficulty to travel for windsurfers are the board bags and weight excess. Air Mauritius is giving some special deal to all competitors & accompanying person.
Once registration done through ROAG and booking through Air Mauritius Reservation Department, we will be giving to each participant a unique letter with each name on.

Provided there is no other checked in baggage and that a participant is travelling with 2 board bags, Air Mauritius shall charge for only one piece of sport equipment instead of two at the following rate
 
50% discount

• 100 EUR for a piece not weighing more than 23 kg and measure not more than 300 cm ex Europe
• 40 EUR for a piece not weighing more than 23 kg and measure not more than 300 cm ex SA/ Asia / Australia (actual is 20 Kg and measuring not more than 200 cm)
• 20 EUR for a piece not weighing more than 23 kg and measure not more than 300 cm ex TNR / RUN. (actual is 20 Kg and measuring not more than 200 cm)
